Yeah like to getvit up and going just trying to hunt down a few base models now to start my first project

Pick the decals first then work on the base model, you could end up buying a base model and only have a few decal sets to choose from,
For a first build I'd try a model that doesn't need painted or see if someone has a base model + decals for sale

did beaney ever sell his fisher mk2 decals from brian?
would be a nice project to get you started...several of us have completed it recently..... involves stripping and a wee tiny bit of painting the sunstar base...gorgeous result!
